Dow is committed to providing customers with the most up-to-date solutions for implementing Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), the European chemical management regulation, and to helping customers with the process of staying in compliance.
The creation of MyREACH@Dow, an innovative and simple to use online tool, is part of our on-going strategy to help make your role in complying with REACH easier. This tool allows you to look up downstream use (DU) information and exposure scenarios (ES) for the products you purchase from Dow. Access to the DU & ES information is through the link in the left-hand menu bar. REACH product information sheets, which list relevant details such as planned registration deadlines, can be viewed with the Self-service Center, also accessible through the menu bar to the left.
Access to the MyREACH@Dow tool is reserved for Dow customers purchasing from Dow in Europe. You can request a personalized key-code by selecting 'Request access' in the menu to the left.
Once a key-code is issued, users can start the sign-up procedure to gain access to the MyREACH@Dow service. After an account is created, the user will be granted access to information on any product purchased from Dow by his or her legal entity. When you select a menu option under MyREACH@Dow to the left, you will be prompted to sign in with your account username and password.
